Position OverviewWe are seeking 10 AI Software Engineers to design, build, and implement enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions. This role will focus on production-ready LLM integrations, agent-based architectures, and scalable cloud-native systems within AWS environments. The ideal candidate brings strong software engineering fundamentals combined with hands‑on GenAI experience.
Key Responsibilities- Design, build, manage, and implement Generative AI (GenAI) solutions
- Design and manage Agent-to-Agent systems and MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers
- Integrate large language models (LLMs) into production systems via APIs, pipelines, and workflows
- Design and develop reliable REST APIs
- Partner with data scientists, product managers, and cross‑functional teams
- Contribute to AI strategy, architecture, and roadmap initiatives
- Experience designing, building, testing, and deploying enterprise‑grade applications
- Hands‑on AWS experience (Lambda, ECS/Fargate, EC2, S3, Dynamo
DB, Amazon Open Search – vector search) - Experience integrating GenAI platforms such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, AWS Bedrock/Strands
- CI/CD, automation, code reviews, debugging, TDD/BDD, and security/compliance automation
- Understanding of AI security risks (prompt injection, data leakage)
- Working knowledge of RAG architectures, vector databases, and LLM application patterns
- Background in backend, platform, or full‑stack software engineering
- Production delivery experience on AWS
- AWS Bedrock and Agent Core experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- AWS Certifications (CCP, Solutions Architect, ML Specialty) preferred
- Remote, but must work hybrid and reside within commuting distance of office (180 miles)
- No Sponsorship or C2C
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $70 – 105/hr W2 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
