We are partnering with a rapidly growing technology organization seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design, build, and scale enterprise-grade applications. This is a high-impact role where you’ll lead technical initiatives across product, platform, and infrastructure in a collaborative, agile environment.

• Application Development:
  Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable full-stack applications using modern frameworks and cloud-native architectures.
• System Architecture:
  Translate business and product requirements into robust technical designs, ensuring performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.
• Cloud & Infrastructure Engineering:
  Build and maintain microservices and distributed systems leveraging AWS or Azure, containerization, and serverless technologies.
• API & Integration Development:
  Develop and maintain RESTful/Graph
  
  QL APIs and integrate third-party services, internal systems, and data platforms.
• Performance Optimization:
  Identify bottlenecks, implement performance tuning strategies, and ensure high availability and resilience across environments.
• Collaboration:
  
  Partner closely with product managers, designers, Dev Ops, and cross-functional engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business goals.
• Technical Leadership:
  Provide mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers, contribute to code reviews, and champion engineering best practices and standards.
• Documentation & Governance:
  Maintain clear architectural documentation, technical specifications, and operational runbooks to support long-term scalability.

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience in full-stack or backend development.
• Strong proficiency in one or more modern programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, Type Script, Python, or Go).
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue).
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Dev Ops principles, and version control (Git).
• Strong understanding of secure coding practices and application security principles.
• Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes is a plus).

• Ability to work independently in a fast-moving, startup-style environment with shifting priorities.

• Exposure to Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or ARM templates).
• Familiarity with observability tools (Datadog, Prometheus, or similar).
• Experience scaling systems from MVP to enterprise-level architecture.
• Background in highly regulated industries (healthcare, fintech, or SaaS).
• Prior experience contributing to architectural decision-making and long-term technical strategy.
