Responsibilities
- Leverage GenAI to accelerate:
- Requirement gathering and analysis
- Reverse engineering of existing applications
- Lead and enable development teams to effectively use GenAI tools and frameworks.
- Reverse engineer application codebases (Python, Java, Angular, Mule Soft) to auto‑generate:
- Data flow diagrams
- Propose API specifications aligned to system and domain needs.
- Apply Domain‑Driven Design (DDD) patterns in solution architecture.
- Utilize Claude Code, Git Hub Copilot, and similar tools to support:
- Pull Request reviews
- Automated test generation
- Development, code refactoring, and optimization
- Build and deploy AI agents using Lang Chain and Lang Graph, integrated with enterprise APIs.
- Implement RAG (Retrieval‑Augmented Generation) pipelines for knowledge‑driven applications.
- Drive prompt engineering best practices and GenAI use‑case adoption across teams.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for developers on GenAI tools and frameworks.
- Ensure security compliance and promote responsible AI usage across implementations.
- Strong proficiency in Python and microservice development.
- Hands‑on experience with:
- Lang Chain
- Lang Graph
- Lang Flow
- Solid understanding of:
- Experience building AI solutions integrated with enterprise APIs.
- Familiarity with AWS services such as:
- Bedrock
- Lambda
- S3
- DynamoDB
- Containerization (Docker)
- AI governance
- Responsible AI frameworks
- FastAPI
- Lang Chain
- Lang Graph
- Bedrock
- Anthropic APIs
- Experience with observability tools for AI workflows.
- Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
- Excellent communication and cross‑team collaboration skills.
- Ability to drive innovation and champion GenAI adoption across teams.
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $47.34/hour - $73.96/hour. Our offered benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
