We are looking for a Senior Back-End Engineer to design and implement robust backend services, APIs, and processes for Flow, Finastra’s Agentic AI platform.

Responsibilities
  • Focus on server-side application logic, data access patterns (APIs, databases, integrations), performance, scalability, and ensuring robust, maintainable backend services.
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable backend code using Python, C#, or .NET.
  • Implement features, fix bugs, and conduct code reviews to maintain quality standards.
  • Maintain and improve codebases and create technical specifications.
  • Implement APIs, services, and backend processes for enterprise applications.
  • Collaborate with front-end developers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration.
  • Implement unit tests to ensure code reliability and maintainability.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Expert in Python, C#, and .NET and strong OOP fundamentals.
  • Solid understanding of databases.
  • Hands‑on experience with container development and deployment using Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with Git and Git Hub for version control.
  • Experience developing on Azure.
  • Understanding of common software design patterns.
  • Experience integrating with large language models and machine‑learning systems.
  • Experience implementing API endpoints.
  • Oriented programming and familiarity with SOLID principles.
  • Experience implementing unit tests.
Location & Eligibility
