Seeking a highly engaged and motivated Software Quality Engineer to join a high-performing and fast-paced application development team. The candidate must have a proven record of working in a complex, matrixed, and fast-paced application development team, should be flexible and an engaging team player.

Education and Experience

Required:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience

- 6+ years of software testing experience

Requirements:

- Thorough knowledge of automated testing design, Data driven test development techniques, Object recognition, and Test validation

- Ability to transform business test cases into automated test coverage and to analyze technical and non-technical requirements and translate them into both manual and automatable scenarios

- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to define automation test strategies and test plans

- Knowledge of Automation tools to ensure the stability of software releases.

- Ability to detect and report software defects, and work with developers to resolve issues

- Desire to apply strong testing best practices to develop test design and test approach

- Strong communication skills to assist other team members with test design, test approach, testing, story requirement clarification and providing feedback to the development team

- A passion for learning new processes and techniques
