Overview
One of my clients, a growing healthtech SaaS company based in Atlanta, GA, is looking for a talented Senior Software Engineer to join their engineering team. This is a great opportunity to take ownership of complex technical challenges, influence architecture decisions, and build products that are making a real difference in the healthcare space.
This role is hybrid in the Smyrna area and follows a 3 days in office schedule so please consider that before applying.
What You'll DoYou'll design and develop microservices-based solutions in C# and Azure
, building scalable, high-performance APIs and services at the core of their platform. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in code reviews, and help mentor junior engineers as a technical leader on the team.
Day to day, you can expect to:
- Architect and build cloud-native solutions leveraging Azure services (AKS, Azure Functions, App Services, Azure SQL)
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated testing through Azure Dev Ops
- Identify performance bottlenecks and engineer effective, lasting solutions
- Incorporate AI-assisted development tools to accelerate innovation
- Contribute to technical documentation and help establish best practices across the team
- 5+ years of software development experience with a strong foundation in C# and .NET
- Hands-on experience designing and deploying microservices architectures
- Solid Azure cloud expertise — AKS, Azure Functions, Azure SQL, and beyond
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and serverless computing
- Proficiency in RESTful services
, distributed systems, and async programming - Frontend experience with React, Next.js, or Angular
- Strong MS-SQL skills, including stored procedures, functions, and triggers
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly
