Our client is seeking an experienced Salesforce Team Lead with over 10+ years of hands‑on Salesforce experience.
The ideal candidate will lead development efforts and work extensively on Apex coding, with strong expertise in Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Triggers, and Lightning components.
- Work extensively with Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud features and integrations.
- Handle complex integrations using Salesforce API (Version 59), including REST/SOAP APIs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure best practices, code quality, performance optimization, and security standards.
- Support deployment activities and production issue resolution.
- 10+ years of Salesforce development experience
- Strong hands‑on experience with Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and Lightning (LWC/Aura)
- Proven experience with Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud
- Solid hands‑on experience with Salesforce integrations using API version 59
- Experience with third‑party system integrations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Salesforce certifications are a plus (Platform Developer, Sales Cloud, etc.)
This is a hybrid role located in Atlanta and NYC
. Travel within the region may be required.
