JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

** Work with business sponsors to identify any technological needs and identify potential solutions for them Work with senior leadership to set quarterly goals and track progress against plans. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Experience supporting Microsoft Teams Phone (Teams Voice). KEY

COMPETENCIES:

Excellent time management and organizational skills
** TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
** Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
6+ years of experience in systems engineering or platform operations, including VMware, Rubrik, and Solar Winds.
2+ years in a people management or technical leadership role. Proven experience implementing best practices. Strong automation skills (Power Shell required). Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

** Experience working with multiple Data Center management systems Experience supporting platforms in M&A scenarios.  While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; stand; walk; use hands and finger to feel and handle; reach with arms and hands; talk and hear.  While performing the duties of this job, the employee frequently is required to stoop, kneel, and crouch;
