Job Title: AI Developer (Hybrid)

Location: US-GA-Atlanta (Sandy Springs)

FLSA: Exempt

Manage company-wide AI training initiative that blends platform governance with employee enablement. Build production-grade agentic AI solutions (including “agents that generate agents”), serve as the SME for Microsoft 365 Copilot and Claude enablement, and coach teams to adopt AI safely and measurably.

• Lead enterprise AI enablement
  : drive adoption, training, and culture change with measurable outcomes.
• Coach users and scale through champions
  : enable “player‑coaches,” run office hours/demos, and help teams identify high‑value use cases while modeling responsible AI.
• Microsoft 365 Copilot and Claude SME
  : expand and optimize Copilot usage across roles; guide best practices and approved extension/integration patterns.
• Build agentic AI solutions
  : ship tool‑using agents and workflows that improve real business processes.
• Build an “agent factory”: reusable scaffolding/templates to generate and standardize agents/workflows from structured requirements.
• Governance by default
  : implement evaluation/telemetry, monitoring, and guardrails (data privacy, auditability).

• 3+ years software engineering experience and/or relevant college coursework.
• Experience delivering GenAI solutions with evaluation + monitoring/telemetry and operational rigor.
• Demonstrated ability to lead change and coach users (technical + non‑technical).
• Strong Responsible AI mindset: governance, data privacy, and secure usage patterns.
