• Drive and execute the automation strategy and roadmap aligned to business priorities and release cycles.
• Design and implement scalable, modular automation frameworks across UI, API, and data layers.
• Lead hands‑on test automation using Playwright, ensuring reliability, maintainability, and high coverage.
• Apply Model Context Protocol (MCP) to enable context‑aware, AI‑assisted testing and improved traceability.
• Develop and integrate API automation suites using Postman into regression packs and enterprise pipelines.
• Embed automation within CI/CD pipelines (Azure Dev Ops, Jenkins) with clear quality gates and release metrics.
• Partner with stakeholders and offshore teams to deliver measurable quality outcomes, including defect analysis and continuous improvement.

• 3–10 years of experience in QA/Test Automation with strong hands‑on engineering expertise.
• Proven experience building automation frameworks using Playwright (preferred) or similar modern tools.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or JavaScript for test automation development.
• Hands‑on experience with API testing and automation (Postman, Rest Assured, or equivalent).
• Exposure to Model Context Protocol (MCP) or similar context‑driven/AI‑integrated testing approaches.
• Experience integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines using Azure Dev Ops, Jenkins, and Git.
• Exposure to AI/GenAI‑enabled testing (LLMs, prompt engineering, or AI‑assisted scripting/debugging).

Base compensation range: $68,911 – $161,544. Base salary may be adjusted based on location, education, experience, seniority, performance, market, and internal pay equity.

Additional compensation may include variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
