Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned Salesforce Technical Lead to architect, build, and evolve scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform. This is a hands‑on technical leadership role – you’ll set the technical direction for the team, own solution and integration architecture decisions, and mentor and guide other developers through design reviews, code reviews, and pairing. You’ll partner closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and global teams to translate requirements into durable CRM capabilities that support sales, service, and operational processes.

The ideal candidate is a pragmatic architect who still writes code every day, brings deep Salesforce platform experience, and is passionate about building robust, maintainable enterprise‑grade solutions.

Required Qualifications
  • 10 to 15 years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience
  • Hands‑on experience developing Salesforce 2nd‑generation unlocked packages, including package versioning, dependencies, and upgrade strategies.
  • Proficient with SFDX CLI‑driven development workflows, using source‑driven development, scripting, and automation to support package‑based delivery.
  • Deep experience with scratch org‑based development methodologies, including org shape management, iterative development, and validation in ephemeral environments.
  • Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce Lightning Flows.
  • Experience working with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Field Service Lightning.
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce data modeling, security, user access, and governor limits.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with third‑party systems.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD processes.
  • Coding skill using Salesforce recommended IDE like VSCode.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working with global teams and overlapping U.S. time zones.
  • Salesforce Certifications such as Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, Administrator, JavaScript Developer I and at least 3 Salesforce architect certifications.
Key Responsibilities
  • Hands‑on experience developing Salesforce 2nd‑generation unlocked packages, including package versioning, dependencies, and upgrade strategies.
  • Proficient with SFDX CLI‑driven development workflows, using source‑driven development, scripting, and automation to support package‑based delivery.
  • Deep experience with scratch org‑based development methodologies, including org shape management, iterative development, and validation in ephemeral environments.
  • Lead the architecture, design and implementation of Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and declarative tools like Lightning flow creation.
  • Lead and guide the offshore team and be the single point of contact for the scrum team.
  • Provide solutions independently and guide the full scrum team to follow the Company process and implement required solutions.
  • Work closely with product team.
  • Customize Salesforce applications to meet business requirements while ensuring scalability and maintainability.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, Salesforce Administrators, and global stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical designs.
  • Develop and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and platform events.
  • Ensure adherence to Salesforce governor limits, security best practices, and performance standards.
  • Write unit tests, conduct code reviews, and ensure high test coverage and code quality.
  • Support production releases, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing enhancements.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand‑ups, and retrospectives.
  • Maintain technical documentation and contribute to continuous platform improvements.
  • Stay updated with Salesforce seasonal releases and recommend feature adoption.
