Dynamics 365 Developer

Hybrid in Atlanta (Sandy Springs) 3 days a week

Our Insurance industry client is looking for a mid/core level Developer with good Dynamics Sales/Service configuration experience. A Functional developer with some technical experience would be a good fit.

The Dynamics 365 Developer is a critical member of the Dynamics Delivery team. You will play a crucial role in the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of business applications built on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform. Your focus will be on delivering high-quality software solutions to enhance operational efficiency, streamline processes, and drive business growth. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams, including business analysts, designers, architects, agile evangelists, and other developers, to ensure the successful delivery of products that meet business requirements and align with industry best practices.

• Configure, develop and maintain these components for dynamics delivery
• Model‑driven and canvas apps
• Plugins and custom controls
• Power Platform tools including Power BI, Power Automate, Flows and others
• Unit and integration test within automation framework

• Develop and maintain scalable, secure, and high‑performing Dynamics 365 applications.
• Work with product owners and business analysts to understand and refine requirements.
• Perform unit testing and assist in integration and system testing.
• Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Experienced in working within an "AGILE + Dev Ops" process management methodology.
• Ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively on teams.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Core D365 Developer: 2+ years’ experience in D365 or related development environment
