Technical Lead
We are seeking a talented and experienced Tech Lead/Lead Engineer to join our software development team. In this role, you will lead a small POD style team in building enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, Kubernetes, and React.
Your Future Duties And ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain complex software applications using Java, Spring Boot, Kubernetes, and React. Lead a small team of developers and mentor junior developers. Collaborate with cross functional teams, including product managers, designers, and quality assurance engineers, to deliver high-quality software solutions. Actively participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Continuously improve software development processes, tools, and methodologies.
Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This RoleBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field. 10+ years of experience in software development, with expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Kubernetes, and React. Strong leadership skills with experience leading a team of developers. Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non technical stakeholders. Experience with agile software development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail. Experience with cloud based technologies, such as AWS or Azure, is a plus. This role can be performed anywhere within the US. EST time zone preferred.
Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $ - $.
