ServiceNow Developer

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement Service Now solutions, including customizations and integrations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and refine requirements.
• Customize and configure Service Now applications, modules, and workflows.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on the Service Now platform.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system designs and user guides.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to the team’s technical growth.
• Stay updated on the latest Service Now features and industry best practices.
• Ensure compliance with coding standards, security policies, and best practices.
• Conduct code reviews and actively participate in design discussions.
• Perform Service Mapping, Discovery, and Event Management configurations to improve IT operations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• At least 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Service Now development and administration
• Strong understanding of ITSM and ITOM processes, including workflows and automation
• Proven experience with Service Now modules such as ITSM, CSM, HAM
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies for project delivery
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Service Now Certified Application Developer, Implementation Specialist) are highly desirable
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross‑functional teams
