Job DescriptionRelevant Experience (Yrs)
- 6 - 8 years of overall Software Development experience
- 3+ years in providing end to end solutions
- Experience in e-tailing (online only retail) is an added advantage
Technical/Functional Skills Must Have
- Deep technical understanding of complex, high performance, multi-tier customer facing web applications
- Strong background in object oriented design and modular system and component development
- Strong knowledge of J2EE frameworks, service oriented architectures, web services, and MVC architectures
- Experience with Web Sphere Commerce 5.6 & 7.x; familiarity with AIX
- Knowledge in SOA frameworks and methodologies like REST, SOAP or similar frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of java annotations and annotation processing.
- Experience in any performance turning and profiling tools like Jprobe,JProfile, Dyna Trace or similar tools.
- Experience with caching methodologies and tools, like WXS, Dyna Cache, EHCache, OSCache.
- Must have atleast 2+ years of experience in development and technical strategy
- Minimum of 2+ years designing and developing complex applications or services
Desirable
- Unix, Linux, Solaris or other Unix type operating systems
- Experience architecting with DHTML, one or more Java script frameworks (Prototype or jQuery) and AJAX
- Strong skills in relational database design and RDBMS scalability.
- Knowledge of Internet protocols and RFC standards
- Knowledge of XML standards, java API for XML processing (SAX,DOM,JAXB/JIBX).

Education
- BS / MS /
B.Tech degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
