AI Engineer/ Prompt Engineer

Atlanta, GA (Need only local resource) Long Term role

Required Skills & Experience Requirements:

• 3-6 years of experience in software development, with at least 2+ years in AI/ML-related projects.
• Strong knowledge of ML/DL frameworks like PyTorch, Tensor Flow, Scikit-learn, and experience in building and deploying models.
• Practical experience in Generative AI including LLMs, prompt engineering, prompt design patterns, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
• Good understanding of transformer-based architectures (e.g., GPT, BERT, LLaMA).
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and their AI/ML offerings.
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with AI libraries (Hugging Face Transformers, Lang Chain, etc.).
• Solid understanding of SQL/No
  
  SQL databases and working with structured/unstructured datasets.
• Familiarity with version control (Git), containerization (Docker), and MLOps workflows.
• Good communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to design and implement AI-powered solutions aligned with business needs.
• Develop, evaluate, and optimize LLM prompts for various use cases and continuously improve model output quality.
• Build, test, and deploy machine learning models into production environments.
• Integrate GenAI capabilities into digital platforms for real-time decision-making and automation.
• Create reusable components, APIs, and tools for prompt testing and deployment.
• Participate in code reviews, documentation, and knowledge sharing across teams.
• Stay current on GenAI trends and bring innovative ideas into ongoing projects.
