This position requires hands-on experience with AI technologies and a strong understanding of Pega systems.

• Design, develop, and implement AI models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
• Integrate AI solutions with Pega platforms to optimize workflows and automate processes.
• Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and insights that drive business decisions.
• Train and fine-tune AI models to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and business analysts, to deliver integrated solutions.
• Document AI models, processes, and integration workflows to maintain clarity and consistency.
• Monitor and maintain AI systems, ensuring their performance and accuracy over time.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• 4-8 years of experience in AI development, with a focus on Pega systems.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or R.
• Experience with AI/Client frameworks and libraries (e.g., Tensor Flow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Knowledge of Pega platform and its integration with AI solutions.
• Familiarity with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Pega certification(s) and/or AI/Client certification(s) are a plus.
• Previous experience in a similar role within a financial services or technology company.
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
