Position Summary

The IT Engineer – Integrations is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining IT solutions and processes within their technology domain, ensuring performance, security, and scalability across systems, applications, and infrastructure. This role troubleshoots issues, optimizes workflows, and implements automation to improve efficiency, while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to enhance technology and business operations in alignment with industry best practices and organizational standards.

The IT Engineer also specializes in end‑to‑end application integration, working across frontend and backend technologies, multiple technology stacks, cloud services, CI/CD pipelines, and Dev Ops practices to deliver innovative and reliable solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and implement scalable, high‑performance integration solutions using Azure Web Services, .NET, RESTful APIs, and microservices with secure authentication (OAuth2, JWT, Azure AD). Deploy and manage cloud applications on Azure platforms including App Services, Container Apps, and Functions.
  • Build event‑driven architectures leveraging Azure Service Bus and manage data storage with Azure SQL and No

    SQL databases. Configure and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure Dev Ops; develop containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes or similar.
  • Implement and support effective monitoring systems to proactively identify and resolve issues. Conduct root cause analysis to address underlying problems and prevent recurrence.
  • Provide expertise in diagnosing and resolving issues by implementing the necessary corrective actions and/or fixes, improving the reliability and scalability of IT systems and processes.
  • Maintain clear, comprehensive technical documentation and promote knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to align technical solutions with organizational goals.
  • Support initiatives, timelines, budgets, and deliverables as assigned to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Track key metrics (KPI and SLA) and identify areas of improvement using standard methodologies to deliver value to business partners.
  • Work closely with Product and/or Process Engineering team members to implement technical solutions that align with business goals and deliver value to business partners using standard methodologies.

Qualifications and Competencies Required Required Experience
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in IT engineering, with a focus on designing, developing, and maintaining IT solutions.
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Skills Required
  • Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and develop solutions for complex challenges.
  • Knowledge of designing scalable, efficient, and secure IT integration solutions.
  • Hands‑on experience with databases (SQL/No

    SQL), APIs, microservices, SOA, and common integration patterns.
  • Automation:
    Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git Lab CI, or Azure Dev Ops.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and high‑level designs.
  • Demonstrated experience working with cross‑functional teams to integrate and optimize solutions.
  • Experience designing and implementing relevant frameworks and methodologies to standardize solutions.
  • Experience with cloud environments (e.g., Azure, AWS, etc.).

Overtime required – N/A.

Travel 0-10% – as required on an as needed basis.

Must have reliable transportation and live within a commutable distance to one of the following cities: Atlanta, GA;
Dallas, TX;
Detroit, MI;
Houston, TX.

Qualifications Preferred
  • Experience – Financial Services, Auto Lending, or Automotive
  • Education – Master’s degree in STEM or Business
