What will you contribute?We are looking for a Senior Back‑End Engineer to design and implement robust backend services, APIs, and processes for Flow, Finastra’s Agentic AI platform.
Responsibilities & Deliverables- Focused on server‑side application logic, data access patterns (APIs, databases, integrations), performance, scalability, and ensuring robust, maintainable backend services.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable backend code using Python, C#/.NET.
- Implement features, fix bugs, and conduct code reviews to maintain quality standards.
- Maintain and improve codebases and create technical specifications.
- Focus on implementing APIs, services, and backend processes for enterprise applications.
- Collaborate with front‑end developers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration.
- Implement unit tests to ensure code reliability and maintainability.
- Expert in Python, C#/.NET and OOP fundamentals.
- Solid understanding of databases.
- Hands‑on experience with container development and deployment using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with Git and Git Hub for version control.
- Experience with development on Azure.
- Understanding of common software design patterns.
- Experience integrating with LLMs and ML systems.
- Experience implementing API endpoints.
- Oriented programming and familiarity with SOLID principles.
