About Acrisure

Acrisure is a global fintech leader empowering businesses and individuals with customized solutions that drive growth and impact. We combine cutting‑edge technology with expert human support to deliver tailored services and products across insurance, reinsurance, payroll, benefits, cybersecurity, mortgage, and more.

Role Summary & Mission

The FD Delta is the core builder within the Palantir Center of Excellence, responsible for active development, quality delivery, and technical standards adherence. Working in pods, the FD Delta converts use‑case requirements into production‑grade Palantir solutions on Foundry and AIP while maintaining engineering rigor for long‑term sustainability. This forward‑deployed role requires travel (10–30% of time, 2–6 nights/month).

Key Responsibilities
  • Own active development of Palantir Foundry and AIP solutions across the full delivery lifecycle—from use‑case definition through prototype to productionalization.
  • Design and implement data pipelines using Foundry Pipeline Builder and Code Repositories; model insurance domain logic in the Ontology.
  • Build operational applications in Workshop, OSDK, and Quiver with a focus on business KPIs and user experience.
  • Develop and maintain AI agents using AIP Agent Studio, Logic, Evals, and Observability tooling.
  • Maintain and enforce CoE technical standards—code quality, documentation, reusability, and architecture patterns—ensuring adherence across pod output.
  • Collaborate with the FD Partner on requirements and with FD Echo on deployment readiness, ensuring clean handoff at productionalization.
  • Contribute to Base and Extended documentation artifacts (architecture docs, data science documentation) as required by use‑case type.
  • Identify and elevate technical blockers, platform constraints, and quality risks through the appropriate CoE channels.
Required Skills & Competencies Application Delivery Layer (Primary)
  • Proficiency in Python, Type Script/JavaScript, and SQL—core languages for Foundry development.
  • Experience with Palantir Foundry (Pipeline Builder, Code Repositories, Workshop, Ontology)—hands‑on build experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with AIP Agent Studio and agentic workflow patterns; understanding of RAG and human‑in‑the‑loop model architectures.
  • Experience with event‑driven architectures, API integrations, and cloud‑native CI/CD pipelines.
Platform & Governance (Supporting Depth)
  • Understanding of solution architecture patterns and ability to design approaches and engage with Enterprise Architecture on standards.
  • Working knowledge of data engineering best practices including pipeline design, data quality, and lineage.
  • Experience 2–10+ years building data‑driven products and systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex business workflows into scalable technical solutions.
  • Prior experience in insurance, financial services, or similarly regulated industries is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related business field; optional technical degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
Success Metrics / KPIs
  • Delivery Velocity – use cases progressing through prototype to production within milestone plan timelines.
  • Standards Adherence – percentage of deliverables passing CoE code review and documentation requirements.
  • Defect / Rework Rate – volume of post‑handoff rework required by FD Echo or Platform Team.
  • Technical Debt Index – proportion of solutions flagged for sustainability risk at productionalization review.
  • Reusability Contribution – number of reusable components, templates, or patterns contributed to the CoE library.
Benefits & Perks
  • Competitive compensation and generous vacation and paid time off.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits (employee‑paid); company‑paid disability and life insurance.
  • 401(k) with company match; flexible spending and commuter benefits.
  • Parental leave, fertility support, and family benefits.
  • Career development opportunities and additional benefits (varies by entity or location).
