Principal Web Engineer

We are seeking a Principal Web Engineer to lead the evolution of a large-scale, enterprise web platform supporting multiple consumer-facing digital experiences. • 10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 5+ years of hands‑on experience developing production web applications with React.
• Experience leading large‑scale web initiatives and influencing technical direction.
• Experience working within Agile development environments.

• Expert‑level Tailwind CSS and modern styling methodologies.
• Strong experience with Node.js‑based application development.
• Extensive experience consuming REST APIs.
• Experience integrating GraphQL services.
• Deep understanding of web performance optimization techniques.
• Strong understanding of technical SEO best practices.
• Experience implementing authentication and user identity solutions.
• Experience with feature flagging and experimentation platforms.
