QuickBase Application Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Quick Base Application Specialist to support, maintain, and enhance enterprise Quick Base applications. The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on Quick Base expertise, experience with application support and integrations, and the ability to independently troubleshoot issues and deliver enhancements in a fast‑paced environment.

• Support, maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance Quick Base applications.
• Manage production support, application maintenance, and KTLO activities.
• Develop and maintain Quick Base pipelines and integrations.
• Perform SQL queries and data extraction to support business needs.
• Collaborate with business users to resolve issues, prioritize requests, and implement solutions.
• Support project initiatives while balancing ongoing production support and enhancements.
• Ensure application reliability, performance, and documentation.

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience with Quick Base application development and support.
• Experience supporting enterprise Quick Base environments and multiple business applications.
• Strong knowledge of Quick Base pipelines, integrations, and automation.
• Proficiency in SQL querying and data extraction.
• Experience with application maintenance, troubleshooting, and production support.
• Ability to independently manage support requests, resolve issues, and deliver enhancements.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.

• Experience supporting large‑scale Quick Base environments.
• Background in general enterprise application support.
• Experience balancing project delivery with ongoing KTLO/support responsibilities.
• SAP integration or support experience is a plus but not required.
