We are seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Lead Developer with a strong backend development background to lead the design and delivery of modern, scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Java 17+, Spring Boot, Microservices
, and cloud-native architectures, along with the ability to mentor teams, drive technical excellence, and collaborate across cross‑functional stakeholders.

• Develop and optimize RESTful APIs and backend services with a focus on scalability, performance, and reliability.
• Collaborate with front‑end teams to integrate backend services with modern UI frameworks.
• Conduct code reviews, establish development standards, and drive best engineering practices.
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for efficient software delivery.
