Senior Software Engineer

Their technology supports demanding environments including AI infrastructure, satellite communications, SD-WAN, mobility, aviation, defense, and high-performance networking.

If you enjoy solving hard systems problems where latency, throughput, and reliability matter, this is the kind of work you’ll want to be doing.

• Design and implement next-generation transport and flow-control protocols.
• Develop high-performance networking software in C/C++ with opportunities to work in Rust.
• Optimize throughput, congestion control, pacing, and end-to-end network performance.
• Solve complex distributed systems challenges that directly impact production environments.
• Partner with engineering teams deploying these technologies at enterprise scale.

• Interest or experience with Rust.
• Deep understanding of TCP, UDP, QUIC, congestion control, flow control, and transport protocols.
• Experience building high-performance systems software.
• Strong mathematical and problem-solving skills.
