• Lead the design and development of complex Salesforce solutions that drive Personal Insurance digital transformation.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers, promoting best practices and code quality standards.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, and stakeholders to define technical approaches and solution strategies.
• Drive code reviews, establish testing strategies, and ensure adherence to development standards across the team.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges, providing expert‑level problem‑solving.
• Identify opportunities for technical innovation, process improvement, and platform optimization.
• Contribute to technical roadmaps and influence architectural decisions for Salesforce implementations.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, design specifications, and knowledge‑sharing resources.

• 6+ years of software engineering experience with proven expertise in designing and delivering enterprise‑scale applications.
• Salesforce development experience (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce APIs, integration patterns), strongly preferred but not required for candidates with exceptional engineering fundamentals and commitment to rapidly developing Salesforce expertise.
• Demonstrated expertise in database design, optimization, and working with complex data models.
• Track record of leading technical initiatives and mentoring engineering teams.
• Experience making architectural decisions that balance scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.
• Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Strong experience with Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and Dev Ops practices.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Salesforce).
• Background in leading technical projects from conception through production deployment.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, related STEM field, or its equivalent in education and/or work experience.
• 6 additional years of software engineering experience.
