Responsibilities
  • Lead technical discovery, solution design, and architectural validation across complex enterprise opportunities spanning Dev Ops, SRE, Cloud, and Agentic AI.

  • Partner with account teams to develop win strategies, shape RFP responses, and craft technical narratives that differentiate against competitors.
  • Architect end‑to‑end agentic AI solutions spanning LLM integration, RAG pipelines, multi‑agent orchestration, and enterprise system connectivity.
  • Advise enterprise customers on AI‑Native SDLC transformation, including developer toolchain modernization, AI‑assisted coding practices, and delivery pipeline redesign.

  • Mentor and coach junior members of the team, contributing to practice development and knowledge sharing.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to feed field insights back into the roadmap.
Qualifications
  • 14‑18 years of total technology experience, with at least 5 years in a pre‑sales, solution engineering, or technical advisory role.
  • 3+ years of hands‑on experience designing and deploying Cloud, Dev Ops, and SRE solutions; delivering production Agentic AI or LLM‑based solutions is highly advantageous.
  • Proven track record supporting and closing enterprise deals of $1M+.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerized deployment patterns.
  • Strong understanding of AI‑Native SDLC practices including AI‑assisted coding, CI/CD integration, and developer toolchain modernization.
  • Deep knowledge of LLM architectures, prompt engineering, RAG, vector databases, and multi‑agent orchestration frameworks (Lang Chain, CrewAI, Auto Gen, or equivalent).
  • Hands‑on proficiency in Python and/or Type Script; comfortable writing and reviewing production‑grade code in customer‑facing settings.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence CxO and senior engineering audiences.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Preferred qualifications – active presence in the AI community; experience in a top‑tier consulting firm, ISV, or hyperscaler pre‑sales function; familiarity with US enterprise procurement cycles and compliance frameworks; knowledge of responsible AI frameworks; experience with AI evaluation, benchmarking; relevant certifications in cloud platforms or AI/ML.
