- Cloud-native Python expertise
- AWS expertise | Lambda, S3, EKS, SQS
- SQL
- Data engineerings (SQL, ETL Orchestration)
- CI/CD
- Design and implement large-scale distributed systems, microservices, web applications, and cloud infrastructure
- Architect solutions end-to-end; lead solution design workshops; define design principles and technology roadmaps
- Hands-on builder and executor: dive deep into code and infrastructure when needed to unblock teams and maintain delivery velocity
- Mentor and coach engineers at all levels; foster collaboration across architecture and business partner teams
- Champion engineering excellence:
Dev Ops, Agile delivery, Test-Driven Development, continuous delivery, and technical debt reduction - Own infrastructure decisions in a federated model; provision, configure, and deploy services on AWS independently
- Troubleshoot complex issues; identify operational inefficiencies, integration conflicts, and systemic problems across the platform
- 80%:
Solution design, mentoring, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration - 20%:
Hands-on development and technical implementation
- Excellent communicator- verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Product-agnostic, willing to learn and maintain diverse financial applications
