Senior Full Stack Developer - Java & React

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer with deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, React, and microservices architecture. This role is ideal for an engineer who thrives in modern cloud environments, understands spec‑driven development, and can deliver scalable, high‑quality applications using Open Spec, AI‑enhanced workflows, and GCP‑native services. You will work closely with product, architecture, and Dev Ops teams to build reliable APIs, modern front‑end experiences, and intelligent automation capabilities.

• Design, develop, and maintain Java/Spring Boot microservices and RESTful APIs supporting enterprise‑scale applications.
• Build responsive, high‑performance front‑end features using React, Type Script, and modern UI frameworks.
• Apply Open Spec and spec‑driven development practices to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment across engineering teams.
• Collaborate with product owners and architects to translate specifications into technical designs and implementation plans.
• Implement AI‑related enhancements such as intelligent automation, workflow optimization, and model‑driven features using modern AI tools and frameworks.
• Deploy and manage services on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), leveraging Kubernetes (GKE), Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, Cloud SQL, and related services.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Git Hub Actions, ensuring reliable deployments, automated testing, and environment consistency.
• Develop scalable microservices with strong observability, logging, and monitoring practices.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to ensure high‑quality delivery, including code reviews, architectural discussions, and sprint planning.
• Optimize application performance, security, and reliability across the full stack.

• 6–10+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices architecture.
• Experience working with Open Spec, spec‑driven development, or similar structured specification frameworks.
• Solid understanding of AI‑related development, including workflow automation, intelligent features, or model integration.
• Strong experience with GCP (GKE, Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, Cloud SQL, IAM, etc.).
• Proficiency with Kubernetes for container orchestration and microservice deployment.
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines using Git Hub Actions.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, API design, and cloud‑native patterns.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with product, architecture, and Dev Ops teams.

• Experience with OpenAPI/Swagger, gRPC, or event‑driven architectures.
• Familiarity with AI agents, LLM‑driven development, or spec‑to‑code workflows.
• Experience with Terraform, Helm, or other infrastructure‑as‑code tools.
• Knowledge of security best practices for cloud and microservices environments.
• Experience working in Agile environments with cross‑functional teams.
