DescriptionThe SharePoint Developer will apply current technologies and methods to develop, modify, and maintain SharePoint foundation-based applications. Responsibilities include managing site content and capabilities, providing daily maintenance, and participating in testing by reviewing, analyzing, and implementing solutions. The role requires collaboration with DOR business stakeholders on a daily basis.
Primary Responsibilities- Work with COTS SharePoint-based software requiring back-end SharePoint coding and front-end configurations.
- Develop software solutions by studying requirements, collaborating with stakeholders and IT management, designing system flow, and executing data usage and work process analysis.
- Design, develop, and maintain key components of the software suite using SharePoint Foundation and front-end application configurations.
- Debug, test, and deploy software solutions.
- Troubleshoot software issues.
- Implement SharePoint Foundation-based workflows.
- Document and demonstrate solutions through documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments, and clear code.
- Develop proof‑of‑concept examples.
- Protect operations by keeping information confidential.
- 5+ years of experience programming SharePoint with SharePoint Designer; other .NET coding (C#, ) desired.
- 5+ years of experience as a SharePoint Developer in the analysis, design, hands‑on development, and delivery of web‑based applications.
- Mandatory certification in Microsoft SharePoint Development (upload certification).
- Attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality, error‑free deliverables.
- Motivated, independent, and self‑sufficient, able to complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related discipline desired.
- Familiarity with Lanteria HR software desired.
