We are seeking an experienced SharePoint Developer to design, develop, and maintain SharePoint-based applications supporting enterprise business operations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SharePoint Foundation, SharePoint Designer, and .NET development, with the ability to build scalable solutions, implement workflows, troubleshoot complex issues, and collaborate closely with business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint Foundation-based applications and solutions.
- Customize and configure SharePoint sites, workflows, and front‑end components.
- Develop software solutions using SharePoint Designer and .NET technologies (C#, ).
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot, debug, test, and deploy SharePoint applications.
- Develop proof‑of‑concept solutions and support application enhancements.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including design documents and workflow diagrams.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to deliver high‑quality solutions.
- Ensure application security, confidentiality, and adherence to development best practices.
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience developing SharePoint applications.
- 5+ years of experience with SharePoint Designer and SharePoint Foundation development.
- Strong experience with C# and/or development.
- Experience designing, developing, testing, and deploying web‑based applications.
- Microsoft SharePoint Development Certification (Mandatory – certification must be provided).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while delivering high‑quality solutions.
- Experience with Lanteria HR Software.
- Strong understanding of SharePoint workflows and enterprise collaboration solutions.
- Experience creating technical documentation and proof‑of‑concept solutions.
- Candidate must be local to Metro Atlanta.
- Hybrid work schedule (onsite and remote).
- Successful completion of criminal background check, fingerprinting, and Georgia Tax Clearance required prior to onboarding.
