The Opportunity:

Leverage experience in full‑stack software development in Broadcom API Gateway Policy Development, software applications using .NET, C#, and Java, and enterprise integration. Play a key role in designing, implementing, and supporting software applications and secure API solutions within a high‑availability environment. Apply expertise in Broadcom Layer 7 API Gateway policy development, along with solid programming skills in .NET/C# and Java.

• 5+ years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining secure APIs, ensuring high performance, scalability, and compliance with modern security standards
• 3+ years of experience with Layer 7 Broadcom or CA API Gateway
• Experience with deploying, managing, and troubleshooting applications across IIS, Apache, Tomcat, Web Logic, JBOSS, and both Linux and Windows environments
• Experience with building and supporting REST/SOAP services and full‑stack applications using .NET/C#, Java, and microservice architectures
• Ability to perform API testing, debugging, and optimization, including reducing latency, tuning throughput, and implementing caching strategies
• Ability to collaborate with application and cross‑functional teams to onboard APIs, ensure seamless gateway integration, and support SDLC workflows across multiple environments
• Ability to integrate APIs with enterprise systems and identity platforms and COTS products
• Ability to operate independently in fast‑paced, mission‑critical environments
• Public Trust
• HS diploma or GED

• Experience with Identity and Access Management environments
• Experience with products such as Broadcom Identity Manager, Broadcom Site Minder, and Entrust Identity Guard
• Experience with Single‑Sign‑On, Multi‑Factor Authentication, and enterprise network topologies and components such as Firewalls, DNS, Load Balancers, or VIP
• Possession of strong analytical, problem‑solving, and oral and written communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree

Salary range: $61,900 to $141,000 (annualized USD). Posting will close within 90 days from the posting date. Included benefits are health, life, disability, financial, and retirement plans, paid leave, professional development, tuition assistance, work‑life programs, and dependent care.

• Remote – may require occasional in‑person work at a Booz Allen or customer facility
• Hybrid – expected to work from a Booz Allen facility frequently and may be required to visit a customer facility
• Onsite – primary work performed at a Booz Allen office or customer facility
