Position Overview
The SharePoint Developer will apply current technologies/methods to develop, modify, and maintain SharePoint foundation-based applications. Responsibilities include managing site content, enabling site capabilities, and providing daily maintenance of the existing application(s). The role involves participating in testing processes through review, analysis, and implementation, and working closely with business stakeholders daily.

Hybrid – Atlanta, GA

Tax Clearance Letter required.
Primary Responsibilities- Work with COTS software that is SharePoint-based requiring back‑end SharePoint coding and front‑end configurations.
- Develop software solutions by studying requirement analysis, conferring with stakeholders and IT management; study systems flow, data usage, and work processes; perform software design using development fundamentals and processes, debug, test, and deploy solutions.
- Design, develop and maintain key components of the software suite using SharePoint Foundation and front‑end configurations.
- Troubleshoot software issues.
- Implement SharePoint Foundation-based workflows.
- Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments, and clear code.
- Develop proof of concept examples.
- Protect operations by keeping information confidential.
- 5+ years’ experience programming SharePoint with SharePoint Designer. Other .NET coding (C#, ) desired.
- 5+ years’ experience as a SharePoint Developer in analysis, design, hands‑on development, and delivery of web-based applications.
- Certification(s) in Microsoft SharePoint Development.
- Attention to detail and commitment to high quality / error‑free deliverables.
- Must be motivated, independent, and self‑sufficient. Able to receive an assigned task and see it through to completion with minimal supervision.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related discipline is desired.
- Familiarity using Lanteria HR Software is desired.
