• Drive a holistic and quality‑first approach to software development and delivery.
• Manage QA teams while effectively solving problems that cross product, functional and geographical boundaries.
• Provide technical direction and leadership to a team of Software Development Engineers in Test.
• Establish metrics to determine readiness, quality and operability of software, systems and products.
• Take ownership of manual and automated tests, QA processes, and day‑to‑day QA activities.
• Evangelize best practices and processes, coaching other SDETs to elevate the overall technical quality and maturity.
• Champion learning, growth, engagement, and continuous improvement for yourself and other SDETs on the team.
• Set the standard for authentic communication and collaboration.

• 10+ years of relevant QA experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
• Equivalent years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with software automation testing tools and frameworks.
• Experience managing teams operating in an agile software development methodology.
• Ability to lead teams in solving problems, making decisions, and collaborating with peer organizations.
• Ability to assess risks and make decisions with a sense of urgency to enable teams to deliver on time.
• Mobile testing experience preferred.

Expected base salary range: $95,100 – $176,700. Bonus eligible:
