• Job Description for this Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead – Java to join our development team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in leading end-to-end software development, managing cross-functional teams, and delivering scalable, high-performance applications. You will collaborate with stakeholders, design system architecture, and guide the team through technical challenges to ensure project success.

• A. Key Responsibilities
  Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Lead all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including architecture, design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Design high-level and low-level application architecture.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
• Ensure timely and high-quality code deliverables across modules.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and production incidents.
• Guide team members on best coding practices, performance optimization, and secure development.
• Support implementation, deployment, and warranty phases of project delivery.
• B. Required Technical Skills
  Strong expertise in Java, JEE, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and SOAP-based Web Services
  .
• Hands-on knowledge of Hibernate.
• Proficient in MS SQL, including complex queries, joins, indexing, stored procedures (SP), and views, along with performance optimization.
• Experience with SOAP-based Web Services and tools like JAX-WS and Apache CXF
  .
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and application of common design patterns.
• Ability to design and articulate system architecture (microservices, layered architecture, etc.).
• Exposure to tools like Postman
  , SoapUI
  , Jenkins
  , and Git for testing and CI/CD processes.
• Experience working with security vulnerabilities scans for Application and server scans and fixes.
• C. Additional skillsets.Proven experience in leading technical teams and mentoring developers and good team player.
• Ability to take ownership of modules and guide delivery independently.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
• Ability to write clear emails/documentation
• Ability to have outcome (to keep moving the work forward) based conversations with onshore & client stakeholders.
• Experience working in Agile/fast paced environments is a plus.
