• Insurance or Financial Services domain experience

Responsibilities

• Design and develop intelligent AI agents with reasoning, planning, tool usage, and autonomous task execution.
• Build single-agent and multi-agent solutions using Lang Chain, CrewAI, Auto Gen, Semantic Kernel, or similar frameworks.
• Develop LLM-powered applications and optimise prompts, context management, and token usage.
• Implement RAG pipelines, vector search, and enterprise knowledge integration.
• Create agent orchestration workflows including planner-executor models, reflection loops, and event-driven architectures.
• Integrate AI agents with enterprise platforms, APIs, CRM/ERP systems, Service Now, Snowflake, Databricks, and Synapse.
• Develop evaluation frameworks, monitoring, observability, and hallucination detection mechanisms.
• Implement Responsible AI guardrails, security controls, privacy, and compliance standards.
