DescriptionInfor is seeking a Director of Product Development to lead end-to-end delivery of its premier banking application, Infor Complete Billing System (CBS). CBS is a Cloud Suite single-tenant SaaS application hosted on AWS, providing pricing and billing solutions for cash management teams at leading commercial banks. This leadership role is responsible for managing global teams across software development, quality assurance, release management, and production support, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, secure, and scalable cloud solutions.
ATypical Day in the Life Includes:
- Lead cross-functional teams spanning product management, software engineering, QA, support, Dev Ops, and Cloud Operations.
- Drive execution of the product roadmap in alignment with business and customer priorities.
- Ensure adherence to Infor SDLC practices across requirements, design, development, and release certification.
- Oversee release readiness, certification, and deployment processes.
- Enforce quality gates aligned to Cloud Suite release cadence.
- Partner with Dev Ops and Cloud Ops to ensure environment stability and operational readiness.
- Establish automation-first testing practices and continuous quality validation.
- Experience in software development leadership within enterprise SaaS environments.
- Experience leading teams across development, QA, and production support.
- Understanding of banking applications or financial services platforms
- Experience in SDLC and release management.
- Experience with test automation and quality engineering.
- Experience with Cloud/SaaS architecture and operations.
- Ability to lead geographically distributed teams.
- Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship.
- Experience with Infor Cloud Suite or ERP platforms
- Familiarity with single-tenant and multi-tenant SaaS environments
- Exposure to security- and compliance-driven development frameworks (SOC, ISO, etc.)
