Integration Developer

A rapidly scaling business is hiring a Payroll Integration Developer to take ownership of how its platform connects, integrates, and scales.

This is a greenfield environment. No legacy constraints, no rigid structure. You’ll have the opportunity to shape integration architecture from day one and play a key role in how the business grows over the next 12 months.

Integrations here are not a support function, they are core to the product and commercial success of the business.

• Design and build RESTful APIs and integrations with the likes of ADP, workday and otehr HRIS systems
• Own the full integration lifecycle from discovery through to deployment
• Act as the technical point of contact for clients during onboarding and implementation
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure solutions
• Work closely with internal teams to deliver smooth, high-quality integrations
• Optimise performance, reliability, and security across integrations

• Strong API and integration experience (REST, JSON, web services)
• Experience integrating with ADP or similar HRIS/payroll platforms
• .NET / C# background preferred
• Solid understanding of authentication (OAuth2, API keys etc.)
• Confident communicator, able to work directly with non-technical stakeholders
• Comfortable in a client-facing role, including leading calls and workshops
