Job Title: SharePoint Developer Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid)
Position Type: Contract Interview Mode: Webcam
- Tax Clearance Letter: required at the time of submission (see compliance tab for instructions).
- Work with COTS software that is SharePoint based requiring back-end SharePoint coding and front-end configurations.
- Develop software solutions by studying requirements analysis and information needs, conferring with stakeholders and IT Management; studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes; perform software design using software development fundamentals and processes, debug, test, and deploy software solutions.
- Design, develop and maintain key components of the software suite using SharePoint Foundation and front-end application configurations.
- Troubleshoot software issues.
- Implement SharePoint Foundation-based workflows.
- Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code.
- Develop proof of concept examples.
- Protect operations by keeping information confidential.
- 5+ years’ experience programming SharePoint with SharePoint Designer ( coding such as C#, desired).
- 5+ years’ experience as a SharePoint Developer in the analysis, design, hands‑on development, and delivery of web‑based applications.
- Certification(s) in Microsoft SharePoint Development.
- Attention to detail and commitment to high quality/error‑free deliverables.
- Must be motivated, independent, and self‑sufficient. Able to receive an assigned task and see it through to completion with minimal supervision.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related discipline desired.
- Familiarity using Lanteria HR Software desired.
- Individuals selected for employment with DOR must clear a criminal background check (includes fingerprinting).
- Individuals selected for employment with DOR must complete a tax check and remain compliant with Georgia tax obligations.
- This will be a hybrid work schedule of teleworking and in‑office days.
