LocationThis is a hybrid role based in Dallas, Atlanta, Nashville, Chicago.
Your role- Java Full Stack Senior Developer/Architect to design, build, and scale next-generation enterprise applications.
- Bridge the gap between architecture, design and production-ready code.
- Lead modernization of the technology stack by leveraging cloud architectures and hands-on full-stack design and development across backend, frontend, cloud-native services, and AI integrations.
- Design scalable, secure, and resilient full-stack architectures.
- Write code to build complex core components and frameworks.
- Design, develop and deploy cloud-native solutions using Java-based microservices and serverless paradigms.
- Develop and integrate Python components for services, automation, or data processing.
- Ensure code quality, security, and performance through best practices; define coding standards, perform code reviews, and mentor engineering teams.
- Evaluate emerging technology trends to continuously modernize software delivery.
- Implement generative AI APIs and leverage LLMs for business applications.
- 15+ years experience in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
- Experience with any Cloud Platform (AWS, GCP, Azure) and Gen AI/LLMs.
- Strong skills in relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL) and No
SQL (MongoDB, Redis). - Frontend technologies (Angular/React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Python development experience.
- REST APIs, JSON, SQL/No
SQL databases, CI/CD, Git, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes). - Proven track record in microservices, event-driven architecture (Kafka/RabbitMQ), and API design (REST/GraphQL).
- Develop and maintain full-stack applications with responsive UI and REST APIs.
- Implement generative AI APIs and AI-powered features as needed.
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $82,082 - $193,400.
Capgemini provides compensation information in accordance with applicable pay transparency laws. The actual compensation offered may fall outside the posted range based on geographic location, education, experience, and other factors.
In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
