The annual base salary range for this position is $99,100.00 - $. Additional performance‑based cash incentive awards may be earned.

• Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions to support Personal Insurance digital transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to enhance customer experience and streamline business processes.
• Apply engineering fundamentals to Salesforce development, configuration, and integration projects.
• Develop specialized expertise in Salesforce technologies while leveraging existing technical skills.
• Partner with experienced Salesforce professionals to deliver innovative solutions aligned with strategic business objectives.

• 2+ years of hands‑on software development experience building and maintaining enterprise applications.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals, particularly in object‑oriented programming and the software development lifecycle.
• Pursuit of continual learning and growth within the Salesforce ecosystem; prior Salesforce experience is a plus but not required.
• Problem‑solving mindset with ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Collaborative team player who thrives in cross‑functional environments and values knowledge sharing.
• Adaptability and enthusiasm for emerging technologies in a transformation environment.
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, related STEM field, or equivalent education and/or work experience.
• Additional two years of software engineering experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States. This position does not sponsor H‑1B, TN, or STEM OPT.
