** AI Solutions Engineer

** customer engagement, AI innovation, solution design, and enterprise transformation** . In this role, you'll partner directly with customers to discover opportunities, design intelligent workflows, prototype agentic AI solutions, and guide them from concept to production.

What You'll Do Discover Opportunities

+ Partner with customers to understand their business goals and operational challenges.

+ Lead discovery sessions with business stakeholders, functional experts, architects, and delivery teams.

+ Identify high-value opportunities where AI can improve efficiency, quality, and customer outcomes.

Design Intelligent Workflows

+ Map current and future business processes.

+ Translate conversations and requirements into:

+ Process flows

+ User stories

+ Acceptance criteria

+ Solution designs

+ Implementation plans

+ Define where AI agents should automate, collaborate, or defer to human expertise.

Build AI Solutions

+ Configure and prototype agentic workflows using:

+ AI models

+ Low-code platforms

+ APIs

+ Integrations

+ Orchestration frameworks

+ Design intelligent decision paths, guardrails, human approvals, escalation logic, and recovery strategies.

Validate & Deliver

+ Work closely with engineering teams to move prototypes into production.

+ Define testing approaches, expected behaviors, edge cases, and operational safeguards.

+ Present solutions to customers and incorporate feedback into continuous improvements.

Drive Customer Success

+ Support deployment and adoption.

+ Help customers build confidence in AI-enabled workflows.

+ Identify adoption barriers and work collaboratively to resolve them.

+ Capture successful patterns that can be reused across future customer engagements.

* You have experience with:

+ Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Implementation, Technical Consulting, or Product Delivery

+ Building or configuring AI-powered or agentic workflows

+ Taking solutions from discovery through rollout and adoption

+ Translating business needs into technical solutions

+ Working effectively across business and technical stakeholders

+ Breaking down complex problems into structured, actionable requirements

You also demonstrate:

+ Strong communication and facilitation skills

+ Systems thinking and process analysis

+ Sound judgment on where automation adds value-and where humans should stay involved

+ Curiosity, adaptability, and a customer-first mindset
