Seeking an experienced AI Engineering Leader with 15–17 years of software engineering and delivery leadership experience. The ideal candidate will lead $10M+ engineering portfolios
, drive cloud-native application delivery
, embed AI across the SDLC
, and partner with clients to accelerate digital transformation while ensuring delivery excellence, quality, and business growth.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of $10M+ engineering programs across multiple clients.
• Deliver cloud-native platform modernization and greenfield applications using .NET, Java, and Python
  .
• Establish architecture standards, code quality, Dev Sec Ops , CI/CD, release management, and governance.
• Manage risks, client communications, and executive-level program reporting.
• Integrate AI throughout the SDLC (requirements, design, coding, testing, documentation, and operations).
• Design and implement Agentic AI
  , LLM orchestration
  , RAG pipelines
  , and multi-agent workflows
  .
• Drive engineering productivity using Git Hub Copilot, Claude, Cursor
  , and similar AI development tools.
• Measure AI adoption through delivery velocity, quality, and automation metrics.
• Own portfolio P&L ($10M+), revenue forecasting, margins, SOWs, and change management.
• Identify account growth opportunities and support proposals, solutioning, and client presentations.
• Build trusted relationships with CTOs, CIOs, VPs, and executive stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor high-performing engineering teams.
• Drive capability development in AI, cloud, and modern engineering practices.
• Develop future delivery leaders and promote continuous improvement.

• 15–17 years of software engineering experience with significant delivery leadership.
• Proven success managing large-scale, multi-team, multi-million-dollar engineering programs.
• Strong experience in cloud platform modernization, custom application development, and enterprise delivery.
