Lead Agentic AI Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Agentic AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy next-generation AI solutions powered by Large Language Models (LLMs) and Agentic AI frameworks. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Python, Lang Chain, Lang Graph, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents, MCP Servers, and AWS Bedrock. This role involves leading the architecture and implementation of enterprise-grade AI assistants, autonomous agents, and intelligent workflows while mentoring engineering teams and driving AI innovation.

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable Agentic AI applications for enterprise use cases.
• Lead the development of autonomous AI agents using Lang Chain, Lang Graph, and modern orchestration frameworks.
• Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases and enterprise knowledge sources.
• Develop AI Chatbots, AI Assistants, and multi-agent systems capable of complex reasoning and workflow automation.
• Design and implement MCP (Model Context Protocol) Servers and tool-based AI architectures.
• Integrate Large Language Models (OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS Bedrock models, etc.) into production applications.
• Build secure AI services deployed on AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Develop reusable AI components, APIs, and orchestration layers for enterprise AI platforms.
• Optimize prompt engineering, memory management, context handling, and agent execution strategies.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, and engineering teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers and establish AI engineering best practices.
• Ensure AI applications meet performance, scalability, security, and reliability standards.

• Strong Python programming experience.
• Hands-on experience with Agentic AI frameworks.
• Expertise in Lang Chain.
• Expertise in Lang Graph.
• Experience building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Experience developing AI Chatbots and AI Assistants.
• Experience building MCP Servers and tool-based AI architectures.
• Strong experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Experience with AI orchestration frameworks.
• Experience working with AWS Bedrock.
• Experience with AWS Nova Sonic.
• Experience deploying AI applications on AWS Cloud.
• Experience integrating APIs, external tools, and enterprise systems.
• Strong debugging, optimization, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, Open Search, Chroma, or Weaviate.
• Experience with AI observability and evaluation frameworks.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering and agent planning strategies.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with serverless AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions).
• Knowledge of AI governance, security, and responsible AI practices.

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.
• 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML and Generative AI.
• Proven experience leading AI engineering projects and mentoring teams.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale AI solutions in production.

The hourly rate for this position is $60 to $65 per hour.
