We are seeking highly experienced Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs) who thrive at the intersection of engineering, customer collaboration, and AI innovation. As an FDE, you will work directly with enterprise clients to solve complex business challenges by designing, building, and deploying production-ready solutions.
This is an ideal opportunity for engineers who enjoy working across cloud, AI, data, and platform technologies while partnering closely with technical and business leaders.
Key Responsibilities- Embed within client engineering teams to deliver mission-critical software solutions.
- Understand client business objectives and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Design, develop, and deploy production-ready applications and platforms.
- Build AI-powered workflows using modern LLM technologies.
- Develop AI Agents, MCP Servers, RAG pipelines, and workflow automation solutions.
- Architect cloud-native applications using AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Build APIs, backend services, and distributed systems.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineering leaders, and business stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and improve system reliability.
- Mentor client engineering teams and provide knowledge transfer through documentation and pair programming.
- Drive engineering best practices, architecture reviews, and technical decision-making.
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong experience in Python and/or Type Script.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong understanding of software architecture and distributed systems.
- Experience building REST APIs and microservices.
- Strong Git and CI/CD knowledge.
- Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience building AI Agents.
- Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Familiarity with Claude Code, OpenAI APIs, Lang Chain, or similar AI frameworks.
- Experience integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) into production systems.
- Experience with vector databases.
- Knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Cloud Formation, etc.).
