Contract Position Core Skills needed – Experience with Artificial intelligence and how it can be applied in insurance and beyond. Significant experience leading teams through Agile and Dev Ops processes, ideally in AWS, Java, and Python environments. You have a deep understanding of building scalable cloud-native applications, applying modern concurrency principles, and working with programming languages central to Client's core business.
You have experience working with both relational and non-relational databases and are familiar with modern web application frameworks. You are adept at interacting with architecture, design and product while applying modern product development pipelines, ensuring efficiency and quality in every stage of the software lifecycle. Strong knowledge in the latest trends in AI, Dev Ops, and Agile methodologies.
Your responsibilities include Managing a global engineering team to ensure the successful design, implementation, testing, and integration of AI-powered applications, using Agile and Dev Ops methodologies. Leading software development and driving best practices around modern software design, scalability, and cloud-native architectures within modern product development processes and pipelines. Identifying and resolving complex technical challenges, managing technical debt and technical risk, and providing creative solutions to ensure the smooth execution of engineering projects.
Innovating and contributing to projects that will transform how we manage risk and serve our customers. As our Technical Engineering Manager, you will be responsible to develop and guide on groundbreaking AI initiatives.
