Sonder Mind is seeking a Staff Engineer to own end-to-end backend features across services, AI pipelines, and front-end integrations. You will design scalable architectures, mentor engineers, and help shape a microservices approach while collaborating with product, design, and QA teams.
You’ll work with high-performance tools, emphasize quality, and leverage AI-enabled tool chains. Experience with ML is a plus, and Lang Chain/Lang Graph familiarity is highly desirable.
