• Lead and mentor a team of junior developers, fostering technical growth
  , code quality, and engineering best practices.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications and data solutions using Python
  , SQL
  , and modern development frameworks.
• Build and integrate REST
  APIs
  , JSON services, and enterprise data workflows across multiple platforms.
• Develop Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions to support business intelligence and data-driven decision making.
• Architect and implement data integration and data orchestration solutions for enterprise systems and data warehouses.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions using Azure cloud technologies and Agile methodologies.
• Drive Dev Ops practices, including CI/CD automation, source control management, and automated testing strategies.
• Support and optimize large-scale production environments, ensuring reliability
  , scalability, performance, and operational excellence.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
• Five to six years of relevant experience

Preferred Skills/Experience

• Strong proficiency in Python development, object-oriented programming, and software engineering best practices.
• Advanced experience with SQL
  , database design, performance tuning, and enterprise data platforms.
• Hands-on expertise developing and consuming REST
  APIs
  , JSON services, and data integration solutions.
• Experience building analytics and reporting solutions using Power BI
  .
• Strong knowledge of Azure Cloud Services
  , cloud-native architectures, and enterprise-scale deployments.
• Experience with data orchestration tools, ETL/ELT processes, and enterprise data warehouse environments.
• Proficiency with Git
  , version control,
  CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and Dev Ops methodologies.
• Solid understanding of Agile delivery, production support, system monitoring, incident management, and operational reliability.
