• Design, develop, and maintain ETL solutions using Informatica Power Center to support enterprise data warehouse and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable data integration solutions.
• Perform data profiling, source system analysis, and business rule validation to support data integration initiatives.
• Optimize ETL workflows for performance, reliability, and scalability through tuning and best practices.
• Investigate and resolve production issues, ETL failures, data discrepancies, and performance bottlenecks through root cause analysis.
• Conduct data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data.
• Perform impact analysis for source system changes, business rule modifications, and database enhancements.
• Assess upstream and downstream dependencies across ETL processes, databases, reports, and consuming applications.
• Support the full development lifecycle, including testing, UAT, deployment validation, monthly releases, and environment migrations.
• Collaborate with business analysts, data analysts, architects, and other stakeholders while maintaining technical documentation and supporting audit/compliance requirements.
