Front End Agentic AI developer

Senior Front-End Engineer

Pay Range: $60/hr - $70/hr

Senior Front-End Engineer — needs to be able to lead/own the front-end piece, not just take tickets.

Strong Angular experience — ideally current Angular, specifically Angular 19–21.

Hands-on Agentic AI experience — this is probably the #1 differentiator.

They do NOT want someone who just uses AI as a coding companion. Claude experience — specifically called out as something they are looking for. AI-native development approach — using AI throughout develop → test → deploy, including creating/using agentic workflows.

Dev Ops + automated testing knowledge — needs to understand the broader software-development lifecycle, not only UI development.

Security awareness — they specifically want this person to lead the front-end piece with security in mind. Some full-stack understanding — front-end is primary, but they want someone holistic/end-to-end.

Backend environment is Azure + .NET.

Senior-level engineering experience + recent AI experience — they said 1–3 years AI experience would be great, but 6 months of legitimate hands-on agentic AI experience can be enough.

Strong soft skills — communication matters because they want someone senior who can work across the team and help drive this new way of developing.

Not looking for someone who uses AI as a companion; needs someone who builds AI from the ground up!!!
