• Copilot Studio / AI Agent Development:
  Ability to design, build, test, and improve AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio, including topics, prompts, actions, grounding, and feedback loops.
• Databricks, SQL, and Data Engineering:
  Strong capability with data pipelines, notebooks, SQL, data modeling, ETL/ELT, data validation, and troubleshooting data quality issues.
• Full Stack Solution Development:
  Ability to build practical end‑to‑end solutions across front‑end, back‑end, databases, APIs, dashboards, automation scripts, and integrations.
• AI‑Augmented Delivery and Rapid Prototyping:
  Comfort using AI tools to accelerate development, documentation, testing, analysis, and proof‑of‑concept creation while delivering usable business value quickly.
• Business Partner Collaboration and Requirements Translation:
  Ability to work directly with internal business partners and end users to clarify needs, validate prototypes, explain technical concepts, support testing, and refine solutions.
• 3+ years of hands‑on software development, full stack development, data engineering, automation development, or related technical delivery experience.
• Experience building solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, chatbot platforms, AI agent frameworks, or similar low‑code/no‑code and pro‑code automation tools.

• Experience with Databricks, SQL, data pipelines, database development, data modeling, ETL/ELT, or modern analytics platforms.

• Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, Teams, Azure, Power BI, or Microsoft Fabric.
• Experience with Databricks notebooks, jobs, workflows, Delta tables, SQL warehouses, or related lakehouse concepts.
• Experience with Python, JavaScript, Type Script, HTML/CSS, SQL, REST APIs, JSON, and scripting for automation or data processing.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering, retrieval‑augmented generation, knowledge grounding, agent orchestration, evaluation, and responsible AI practices.
